RETURNS
- Please send all returns via Royal Mail
- You may return your order only within 14 days of delivery.
- For returns I offer: a Size/Item exchange, Store Credit worth the value of the item +15% or a Refund for the cost of the item/s only.
- The item must be unwashed, unscented, undamaged and unworn with all of the original tags and packaging. If these criteria are not met then I have the right to refuse your return.
- The customer is fully responsible for covering all shipping charges when returning an item.
- Returns are collected from the PO box every Wednesday.
- After your return has been collected please allow 7-14 days for processing.
- I recommend sending via a tracked/insured service so that if anything goes wrong in transit, you are covered by the shipping company.
- Mystery Boxes are non-refundable.
