PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING
- Please allow 3 - 9 working days for production and dispatch (not including holidays or weekends). All items are currently made to order and need to be produced. *Please allow an additional 5 working days during busy periods due to order volume.
- If your order has been outstanding outside of this time frame, please contact me by email so I can chase this up and get your order out asap.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and a tracking number.
- Please allow 1-2 working days for your items to arrive for UK orders and an additional 5-10 working days for international shipments.

- UK shipping is £5.5.
- Free UK shipping on orders over £100.
- Worldwide shipping is £14 - £20.
- I am not responsible for any orders which are damaged during delivery.
- Once orders are dispatched, they are out of my control, it is the customers responsibility to be present to receive the order.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- All items go though a quality assurance inspection at the end of printing to ensure there are no defects with your order.
- In rare cases, some items may fail quality assurance after being printed due to print defects. If this is the case with your order then dispatch may be delayed while a new, corrected item is printed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not entered production. All items are made to order and go into production by 10am the day after the order has been placed, if you wish to cancel your order please make sure to email as soon as possible.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective please take photos of the defect and email info@movingtomars.co.uk.
